Having experience with several county offices of education, he knows the COEs have different ways of reviewing and overseeing their school districts and charters. With many years with Frontline Escape ERP, Compass.edu, and LA county's PeopleSoft ERP, as well as exposure to Fresno County's Everest ERP, Rick is able to learn a new system quickly, with fluency in as little as a couple of months of exposure in the system. Districts trust Rick to have full access to their system to assist with general journal entries, budget transfers, budget modeling, including multi-year projections, cashflows, LCFF calculations, and enrollment projections. He also helps with coordinating the conversion of LCAP goals and actions into budgetary language of dollars, cents, and account codes.
